# BizRadar

> BizRadar by Indrasol finds public-sector bids your company can win, shows who wins them, and helps your team decide and write the proposal, inside your AI assistant and a shared console.

BizRadar is for IT, data, software and services firms that sell to US state and local government: bid managers, capture and sales teams. Public bids are spread across hundreds of city, county and state portals, and the facts that decide a bid (who holds the work today, when contracts end, who to team with) sit in other places again. BizRadar reads open-data portals, official contract reports and the bid alerts you already get, keeps what fits what you sell, and puts it in front of your team in one place, and inside the AI assistant you already use.

## What it does

- **Find bids**: open bids from live public sources, filtered to your organization's sectors and states, soonest due first.
- **Fit and decide**: rules-based fit scores (no AI model on our servers), an explanation of every fit, and a shared pipeline: Watch, Pursue, Submitted, Won.
- **Portal alerts**: your organization's own alert address for portal alert emails; PlanetBids alerts are read in full, more portals coming soon.
- **Who wins**: public awards: the top vendors for a kind of work, and the incumbent behind a bid.
- **Re-bid radar**: contracts that end soon, so you see the next bid before it posts.
- **Partners**: subcontractors and teaming partners who hold the work or certifications you need.
- **RFP reading**: attach a solicitation and read it outline first, section by section, with its requirements, a compliance matrix and what each amendment changed.
- **Proposals**: sections with owners, suggestions, approvals and versions, exported to Word and PDF.
- **Library**: your company facts, past performance, certifications, resumes and templates, cited when used.
- **Inside your AI assistant**: live cards in the chat; Claude today, ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot coming soon.
- **Connectors**: deadlines and digests in Microsoft Teams, tasks in TasKadence, and an email digest.
- **Security**: every file encrypted with its own key, locked with your organization's key in Azure Key Vault; organizations isolated; roles, MFA and an audit log. Indrasol is ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
- **Pricing**: free during the launch period.

## Where the data comes from

Public open-data portals, official contract reports and portal alert emails, read on a schedule. Never scraped from vendor portals. Your team can also add a bid by link, upload or forwarded email.

## AI assistants

- **Claude** (available now): in Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector. Name it BizRadar and paste the connector URL https://api.thebizradar.com/mcp. Click Connect, sign in with your BizRadar account, and approve. Any other MCP client connects to the same URL.
- **ChatGPT** and **Microsoft 365 Copilot**: coming soon.
- The assistant acts as the signed-in person, in their organization, with their role, and every action is in the organization's audit log.
